Player Profile - Bill 'the Flyin' Pig' Finch

Profile	A member of the past purple brigade from 1980 to 1993 mostly as 1st team goalkeeper until cruelly axed by 'Nobby' Wills for that young upstart Sean O'Reilly but I'm not bitter or one to hold a grudge.... Deceptively agile goalkeeper and part time No 9. Honours Winners and Runners-up medals in the Kent AFA cup and 1 or 2 divisional titles. Additional info - Towards the end of my Old Seds career I was 2nd Team captain for half a season - you Captains today don't know you were born what with your mobile phones and emails! You try getting hold of a striker on a Friday afternoon without them. Amazing fact - for the Vets I scored in every game in which I played as striker (and that was more than 1!) Appearances - Did not keep count. Goals - 3 for the reserves (hat trick against Tennisonians - 2 with the left foot and one with the head).
